The alarm monitoring control centre runs non stop surveillance 24 hours every day with trained security operators so you can have the piece of mind and security of knowing that your property is protected 24/7.

The alarm monitoring control centre is fully self contained with its own back up power and comprehensive surveillance system so you will never be in a situation that your alarm is not being monitored. 

Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software manages all callouts from the alarm monitoring control centre and the control operator, through an integrated GPS system, has direct contact with response vehicles and promptly dispatches personnel to specified locations. Our response teams will promptly get to your location to investigate any alarm incident.
Alarm monitoring
  • Alerts the operator whenever an alarm system detects a break in, tampering, smoke, panic activation or failure to receive a test message
  • Operator initiates a predetermined action plan
  • Details are recorded each time an alarm system is set or unset
  • Operators notify approved people or reset setting of alarm.

Access control monitoring of electric doors
  • Alerts the operators to doors being forced, held open too long or faults.

Lone worker monitoring
  • Operators monitor time scheduled or nightly check
  • Operators activate a predetermined action plan if staff fail to make immediate contact with the control centre.

Remote video monitoring
  • Operators can access a camera network in response to an activation
  • Operators can dial in on a regular basis and conduct virtual patrols of a premises.
